Dr. Carlos Wolf
Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Carlos Wolf received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed a residency in Head / Neck surgery at Tulane University in New Orleans.
He was granted a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery from the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Wolf is Board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a fellow of American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Wolf is a member of the Sigma XI Honorary Scientific Society, Florida Medical Society. He is a Clinical Professor Florida International University Herbert Wertheim School of Medicine.
Dr. Max Polo
Expert Plastic Surgeon In Miami
Dr. Max Polo is a board-certified plastic surgeon in the prime of his career. He has been in private practice in South Florida for 22 years. After building a reputation as one of the premier plastic surgeons in Miami over more than 11 years of successful solo practice, Dr. Polo was invited to join the prestigious Miami Plastic Surgery group in 2014.
Dr. Polo’s practice has since been focused on both non-surgical and surgical aesthetic procedures for the face, breasts and body. He skillfully performs aesthetic facial injectable procedures, including: neuromodulators (i.e. Botox), dermal and soft tissue fillers, Kybella, threadlifts, and PRP for facial rejuvenation and hair loss.
Maylen Cadenas, ARNP
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
Maylen Cadenas is a Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of Florida, having completed her Masters curriculum at Barry University.
Maylen has over 10 years of experience in General and Cosmetic Dermatology. Her education and internships have provided her a great amount of knowledge pertaining to the diverse fields of surgical, cosmetic, and general dermatology. Maylen is dedicated to providing patients with advice on advanced skin care, aesthetic treatments and all modalities for non-invasive face and body enhancement. She is passionate and invested on ensuring her patients understands the various cosmetic procedures and the rationale behind comprehensive skin care. Maylen is extremely attentive to her patients’ needs and works with them in tailoring the best and most personalized approach for their specific skin needs.
Her knowledge, experience and charisma, makes her an exceptional provider and a great addition to the Miami Plastic Surgery family.
Dr. Jason Altman
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Miami plastic surgeon, Dr. Jason I. Altman, was born and raised in New York City and the surrounding
suburbs. He attended Dartmouth College, where he graduated at the top of his class with a degree in
Engineering. From there, he went on to attend medical school at The State University of New York,
where he again graduated at the top of his class. He was then accepted into a residency in
Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the world-renowned Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City,
where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Altman later moved to South Florida to complete his training at The University of Miami and
Jackson Memorial Hospitals. During this time, he served as Chief Resident in Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery.
